From first call to annual review.

    Free 20-minute call

    We'll ask about your child, what's in the package and what's not working. We'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.

    Set-up, in the first month

    • We go through the EHCP line by line and compare what Section F says with what's actually happening
    • We introduce ourselves to your caseworker and every professional involved
    • We run the first team meeting and set up a shared tracker so everyone can see who's doing what

    Ongoing coordination

    • We're the single point of contact. Professionals ring us, not you
    • We run team meetings every term or half term, write the minutes and chase every action
    • We track progress against the EHCP outcomes and send a short report each term
    • When something isn't working, we spot it early and sort it before it becomes a crisis
    • When a professional leaves, we handle the handover

    Annual reviews and transitions

    We pull together reports from every professional, gather your child's views, prepare the paperwork, and chair or support the meeting. If provision goes back to panel, we help build a clear, evidenced case.

Your child's voice runs through all of it

We find out what your child thinks in a way that works for them: writing, drawing, a message passed on by someone they trust, or joining a meeting on their own terms.

What you'll still do

You stay involved and every decision is made with you. But you'll be involved as a parent, not as an unpaid project manager.
